Wilson Bank & Trust is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Lebanon, TN. You will greet neighbors, handle deposits, process transactions, and support customers with financial decisions in a community-focused environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide service and support to customers; receive deposits, process checks, disburse funds, and verify transaction accuracy.
• Guard cash drawer and ensure prompt accounting or transfer of funds.
• Identify fraudulent activity.
• Record transactions and issue customer receipts.
• Perform teller capture duties and balance cash drawer at end of shift.
• Maintain a secure work area for negotiables and confidential records.
• Develop knowledge of bank products and services; refer them to the right partner.
• Assist customers with account-related issues and escalate when needed.
• Adhere to federal regulations including BSA/AML; attend training; participate in community activities.
