Job summary

Qualifications include a high school diploma, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team. Experience in sales and supervisory roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret simple income and expense reports.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in sales (preferred).
• Supervisory experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with store operations and supervision of store personnel.
• Work cooperatively with the Store Manager to create a pleasant work environment.
• Maintain excellent customer service relationships.
• Ensure the store is well stocked and all production is properly displayed.
• Participate in interviewing and training of personnel.
