Developmental Services Center (DSC) is hiring a Community First DSP in Champaign, IL. You will support individuals with IDD through recreational activities, social events, educational groups, volunteering, and connect them with community resources.

You will develop and lead small groups focused on recreation, education, and art, helping participants build new hobbies and life skills in a supportive, community-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fundamental computer skills, including general web browsing and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through recreational activities, social events, educational groups, volunteering, and community engagement.
• Develop and lead small groups in recreation, education, and art; facilitate hobbies and interests through experiential opportunities in the community.
