Developmental Services Center (DSC) is hiring a Residential Direct Support Professional in Champaign, IL. You will provide residential support, guide individuals, and help them live self-directed lives. No prior experience required; paid training is offered and CNAs are encouraged to apply.

This role covers residential support duties, supervision, and data/records keeping per program plans. Full-time and part-time shifts with generous benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Age 21+ with valid driver’s license.
• Must pass fingerprint-based background check.
• Patience, compassion, communication skills, teamwork, dependability, integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities from start to end of day.
• Support daily living skills: meals, laundry, dishes, cleaning.
• Engage residents in community activities and supervise group programs.
• Create a safe, clean, and empowering residential environment.
• Maintain documentation per individual program plans and procedures.
