Bell Partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Bell Perimeter Center in Atlanta to support the Community Manager in financial administration and leasing operations. You will post rental collections, handle deposits, and oversee accounting functions for the community.

You will collaborate with Leasing Consultants, meet with leadership regularly, and help maintain lease files and reports. Prior experience in property management and strong customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or leasing operations is required.
• Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills are essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with financial administration of the community.
• Post rental collections and deposits; oversee accounting functions.
• Collaborate with Leasing Consultants to lease units when needed.
• Meet regularly with Community Manager and Regional Manager to discuss performance.
• Maintain lease files and generate reports.
• Process notices to vacate and manage delinquency/evictions as needed.
• Field resident concerns and coordinate resolutions.
