Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED with 2+ years in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Experience with Medicaid assistance and resident billing is preferred.
• HR functions including onboarding, orientation, and payroll should be understood.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manages community financial operations including AR and AP activities.
• Manages resident billing procedures and maintains compliance with policies.
• Provides HR support to the Executive Director, including interviews and onboarding.
• Processes payroll activities including review and final submission for approval.
• Oversees resident and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Engages with residents and families in a compassionate manner reflecting our values.
