Job summary

Inframark Cinco Ranch CMS seeks a proactive facilities operations professional to help manage community spaces, landscapes, lakes, and amenities. You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise contractors, and ensure safety and high standards across recreational facilities.

The role supports the On-Site General Manager and coordinates with vendors and staff to maintain property condition, while improving processes and resident satisfaction in a dynamic community setting.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge normally acquired through attainment of a High School Diploma or GED plus advances skills and technical knowledge of maintenance and operation of facilities and recreation amenities in communities.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the On-Site General Manager.
• Assist with maintaining grounds, lakes, facilities and amenities, plus manage day-to-day operations and work orders.
• Oversee landscape and lake contracts, issue repair or maintenance work orders as needed.
