Job summary

Inframark LLC is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day Association operations, coordinate budgets, and manage vendor contracts. You will work with Board members and senior staff to align activities with organizational goals and ensure responsive service to homeowners.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience or 2–3 years in an AA path, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. CMCA/AMS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: BA/BS and 1-2 year of Community/Association management experience or AA and 2-3 years of Community/Association management experience.
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License. CMCA, AMS preferred.
• Technical: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications & internet.
• Communication: Clear, professional communication; customer-focused.
• Problem Solving & Quality: Detail-oriented; escalate issues when needed; ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Works with Board members, Lead Property Managers, Senior Managers and Regional Manager to develop strategic direction of the Association.
• Develops, communicates and monitors property budgets; reviews monthly finances and prepares monthly financial reports.
• Coordinates, negotiates and administers vendor contracts for property-level services.
• Conducts monthly property inspections and enforces policies and SOPs.
• Attends Board and annual meetings; prepares notices, agenda and minutes.
• Responds to calls and inquiries from Board members, homeowners and vendors; ensures resolution and documentation.
• Works with Community Manager Lead and Senior Managers for ongoing training and mentoring.
• Other duties as assigned.
