Job summary

CCMC is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance of the association's properties and amenities in our master-planned communities. You will drive preventative maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure safe operations across facilities and grounds.

The role requires at least 5 years in facilities management, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. A valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance are required, with opportunities to

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of facilities management experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with Board, staff, residents, volunteers, and contractors.
• Extensive knowledge of grounds maintenance.
• Strong supervisory skills to manage employees, contractors, and vendors.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building maintenance of association-owned properties.
• Inspect facilities and maintain preventative maintenance calendar with records.
• Manage relationships with vendors/contractors and supervise their work.
• Maintain facility records and generate reports.
• Oversee setup of rooms and amenities and manage budgets.
• Ensure signage, lighting, gate closures and safety equipment are operational.
