Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Landscape Coordinator to oversee landscape operations, irrigation performance, and contractor activities across our community spaces in Cypress, Texas. You’ll work with managers, vendors, and residents to maintain high standards and promote water conservation.

The role emphasizes field inspections, project coordination, and budget-support tasks, with opportunities for growth within the Community Management Services team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in landscape management, irrigation, horticulture, grounds maintenance, property management, or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to build positive relationships with contractors, vendors, residents, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Inspect landscape areas, irrigation systems, trees, shrubs, turf, and seasonal plantings.
• Identify maintenance needs and issue work orders for repairs and improvements.
• Coordinate with landscape contractors to meet standards and contract requirements.
• Monitor irrigation systems, troubleshoot issues, and verify repairs.
• Identify water-conservation opportunities and improve irrigation efficiency.
• Assist with tree maintenance, plant replacement, drainage concerns, and landscape improvement projects.
• Support Landscape Manager and Community Manager with daily operations.
• Obtain contractor proposals and bids for landscape improvement projects.
• Monitor contractor performance and follow up on completed work.
• Coordinate with lake management vendors regarding maintenance and operations.
