Job summary

Brookfield Residential Land Services LLC in Raleigh, NC seeks a full-time Community Representative to share the story of Wendell Falls and Ponder with visitors at the Welcome Center. The role requires weekend availability, including two Saturdays and two Sundays per month, and about 40 hours per week.

You will register guests, nurture leads in Salesforce, update content across the sites, and support marketing efforts with communications, social media, and events.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ customer service in high-end resort, real estate or retail.
• Warm and welcoming, good energy level, and excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Understand and support execution of community brand at Welcome Center and on-site touchpoints.
• Register guests, capture information and nurture leads in Salesforce (training provided).
• Update website content and coordinate content across PonderNC.com and WendellFalls.com.
• Assist marketing with communications, social media, and promotional materials.
• Support on-site events, grand openings, and vendor coordination as needed.
