Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee Springs at Palma Sola in Bradenton, FL. You will lead daily operations, drive revenue, and ensure resident satisfaction across the community.

Reporting to the Regional Director/Vice President, you will develop budgets, manage performance metrics, and mentor a high-performing team while embracing new technology and incentive programs that reward success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential community management experience with a track record of leading teams.
• Hands-on budgeting, NOI growth, and revenue-driving initiatives.
• Tech-savvy with property software and data analysis aptitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets, drive revenue through strategic sales and customer service.
• Deliver exceptional resident experiences and ensure tour-ready units and a welcoming model.
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team and foster a collaborative culture.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and present monthly KPI and financial reports with strategic plans.
