Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential community management experience with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong budgeting skills, ability to drive NOI growth and deliver an exceptional resident experience.
• Technical savvy with property tech platforms (Onesite, Ops Technology, AIRM, Funnel, Compliance Depot) is a plus.

• Develop and manage operating budgets and drive revenue through strategic sales and leasing.
