Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years in event planning, hospitality, community management, marketing, recreation, or related field.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and multiple concurrent projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary ambassador for the community, building relationships with residents, HOA boards, management, builders, volunteers, and local partners.
• Develop a comprehensive annual calendar of events and programs; manage all event phases.
• Create programming that activates amenities and fosters year-round resident engagement.
• Develop marketing collateral and communications for events and community amenities.
• Secure sponsorships and partnerships to enhance programming within budget.
• Oversee budgeting, vendor coordination, contracts, and post‑event evaluations.
• Coordinate facility reservations, inventory, and event logistics with cross‑department teams.
• Prepare monthly reports on programming, participation, budgets, and sponsorships.
• Attend HOA meetings and present updates as needed.
