Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a full-time Lifestyle Director to plan, promote, and execute a comprehensive calendar of resident events and programming. You will partner with Communications staff to craft content for the community website, newsletters, and social platforms, while managing a budget and fostering local partnerships.

Qualifications

3–4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or related fields.
2 years of experience creating and managing communications content.

Responsibilities

Create and manage a comprehensive community event and programming calendar for residents.
Collaborate on content for community communications (website, newsletters, materials, social media).
Produce and manage an annual activity budget.
Develop partnerships with local organizations and businesses.
Oversee amenity center operations including rentals.
Develop and implement general policies and procedures.
Support for community clubs, groups and committees.
Build a strong relationship with the Board of Directors.
Public speaking and engagement as needed.
