Job summary

Tome is hiring a Community and Events Lead to shape Lightfield’s community in real rooms and online. You’ll design intimate dinners with founders and customers, run SF HQ events, and build a virtual power-user community that feeds marketing content and pipeline.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of GTM, managing end-to-end event programs, speaker slots, and budgets, while driving GTM alignment and measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in community, events, or field marketing.
• Experience running field marketing or events at a B2B SaaS company.
• An existing network in the startup, GTM, or AI ecosystem.
• Experience with community platforms and the tooling around them.
• Video, photo, or content capture skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute intimate dinners for target buyers, end-to-end.
• Lead events at the SF HQ with a recurring meetup rhythm.
• Turn community discussions into marketing content (clips, posts, templates).
• Build a power user community and recruit founding members.
• Create programs that turn power users into advocates and drive pipeline.
