Job summary

Disability Supports of the Great Plains is seeking a supervisory role to elevate the Community Enrichment Center experience for clients. You will lead Direct Support Professionals, ensure safety, and implement person-centered plans across education, recreation, social, and community activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Services or Education.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of direct care experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to lead with compassion and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Develop monthly objective outline across four pillars: education, social media, recreation, and community.
• Assist in hiring, training, and development of staff.
• Implement Person-Centered Support Plans.
• Coordinate transportation for individuals served to employment and activities.
• Collaborate on shared staffing and programs with partner sites.
• Maintain facilities and equipment to high standards.
• Engage with community partners to create volunteer opportunities.
