Disability Supports is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead the Community Enrichment Center team in McPherson, KS. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, build monthly objectives across four pillars, and assist in staff development while ensuring person-centered support for individuals served.

The role emphasizes collaboration with residential and community partners, developing new activities, coordinating transportation, and maintaining facilities and equipment to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Directly supervise CEC Direct Support Professionals.
