Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or proof of enrollment in an AA program required.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise instructors, pantry, housekeeping, and residential counselors to implement daily operating procedures.
• Develop and implement program goals and objectives for individuals served.
• Maintain safety, licensing compliance, and professional relationships with inspectors and agencies.
• Schedule staff, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback to achieve service goals.
