Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise volunteer programs across stores, supply chain, and corporate functions.
• Partner with field leaders, supply chain operations, and corporate teams to integrate community engagement initiatives into business priorities.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with national and local nonprofit partners for collaboration and impact.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Lowe’s signature community programs and campaigns.
• Track participation metrics, volunteer hours, and community impact; prepare reports for leadership.
