Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory or program coordination experience preferred.
• 3+ years working with marginalized, elderly, or at-risk populations.
• Valid driver's license with adequate auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, screens, mentors, trains, and supervises volunteers and interns.
• Communicates with all departments to identify opportunities and needs for Participants.
• Recruits, trains, and engages participants to fit opportunities.
• Matches participants to appropriate roles based on skills, availability, and goals.
• Schedules, coordinates, and assigns Participants to departments, supervising staff, and mentors.
• Keeps regular communication with Participants to ensure good fit.
• Coordinates volunteer recognition and related activities.
• Maintains volunteer databases and communications tools (e.g., Constant Contact).
• Participates in developing the volunteer budget and monitors expenditures.
