Ronald McDonald House Inland Empire is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to nurture relationships with volunteers, civic organizations, and local businesses, driving community support for RMH Inland Empire. You will manage a portfolio of contacts, coordinate donation drives and outreach, and work with the Development and Operations teams to further the mission.

The role requires strong communication, event coordination, and data management skills, with schedule flexibility for evenings

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in community engagement or volunteer management.
• Demonstrated ability to build diverse stakeholder relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and grow a volunteer and partner network to support RMH Inland Empire.
• Coordinate volunteer info sessions, drives, and community events.
• Represent the organization at local events and manage outreach communications.
• Plan and execute donor and volunteer engagement activities with other teams.
• Prepare monthly volunteer reports and track impact metrics.
