Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Southern California is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator for RMH Inland Empire. The role focuses on building relationships with volunteers, civic groups, and local businesses to support housing programs for families.

The coordinator will manage a large contact portfolio and drive offsite donation drives. The position involves regular outreach, event coordination, and collaboration with Development and Operations staff to meet fundraising goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Non-Profit Management, Education, Social Work, Communications, or a related field.
• Two plus years of experience in community engagement, volunteer management, program delivery, or event coordination in a non-profit setting.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a portfolio of contacts in Raiser's Edge NXT and develop stakeholder relationships.
• Serve as first contact for volunteer inquiries via phone/email.
• Represent RMH Inland Empire at community events benefiting the program.
• Facilitate supply and donation drives with local businesses and organizations.
• Plan and execute solicitations of donations from your portfolio to support fundraising goals.
• Identify and recruit volunteers for key opportunities: meals, events, on-site work.
• Conduct Volunteer Info Sessions twice monthly and maintain Volunteer surveys.
