Job summary

AID of Indiana in Anderson, IN is seeking Community Engagement staff to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in family homes and in the community. This part-time role welcomes caregivers, CNAs, DSPs, or caring individuals without prior experience.

Hours vary up to 10-hour shifts, any day of the week, with driving between homes. Responsibilities depend on services offered (Respite, PAC, DHI, Transportation).

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with individuals in family homes and the community.
• Assist with services such as respite, PAC, DHI, and transportation.
• Support life skills and light household tasks.
