Job summary

AID of Indiana is seeking Community Engagement staff to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Kokomo and surrounding areas. The role involves working with families, providing community-based support, and assessing needs for services like respite, PAC, DHI, and transportation.

Qualifications

• 18 years+
• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Previous experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in family homes and in the community.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meals, and life skills.
• Provide transportation between homes and activities as needed.
