Job summary

AID of Indiana in Auburn, IN is seeking Community Engagement staff to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in family homes and in the community. • 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage individuals with IDD in family homes and in the community.
• Assist with services such as respite, PAC, DHI, and transportation.
• Support families by coordinating visits and driving between homes.
• Provide light housekeeping, meal prep, and life skills coaching.
• Drive clients to activities as needed.
