Job summary

AID of Indiana is seeking community engagement staff to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in family homes and in the community. Shifts may be up to 10 hours, and you may drive between homes to support services such as respite, PAC, DHI, and transportation.

Full-time benefits include health, life, dental, and vision insurance, plus 401K match. Training is provided and paid, and the schedule varies by family needs across Indiana.

Qualifications

• 18 years+
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Previous Experience Preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light house cleaning, meal preparation, and daily activities.
• Engage individuals in community activities and life skills development.
• Provide transportation between family homes and community sites as needed.
• Support personal care tasks and daily living activities where qualified.
