Job summary

AID of Indiana is seeking Community Engagement staff in Marion, IN to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in family homes and in the community. Shifts may be up to 10 hours and scheduled any day of the week, with travel between multiple homes as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• Previous Experience Preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in family homes and in the community.
• Assist with activities, transportation, and daily living tasks as per services (e.g., Respite, PAC, DHI).
• Shift options up to 10 hours, with potential travel between multiple families in Indiana.
