Job summary

World Vision Latinoamérica y Caribe is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to mobilize communities for HIV prevention, care, and treatment initiatives. You will develop culturally sensitive strategies to gain local buy-in and ensure program sustainability.

You will partner with community leaders, civil society organizations, and health workers; lead stigma reduction campaigns; design awareness activities; strengthen frontline capacity to deliver effective services in diverse settings; and

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in social sciences, public health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community mobilization, preferably in HIV/AIDS programs.
• Strong understanding of cultural dynamics and community structures in Sierra Leone or similar settings.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities
