Responsibilities

  • Increase member engagement and interaction with the Quest online community, especially Quest online groups.
  • Execute tactics and programs to increase online membership engagement through the Quest website, forums, events, and other activities.
  • Onboard new community members and accounts.
  • Share and promote new members with appropriate Quest teams.
  • Serve as key staff liaison with group leaders, providing Quest information and facilitating best-practice sharing around group management and execution.
  • Monitor and provide guidance on the community-specific digital experience, including forums, events pages, online content, content tags, special interest groups, and regional groups.
  • Liaise with Quest subject matter experts to drive development, selection, and delivery of digital and face-to-face event content.
  • Assist the Quest Director of Community Engagement with Vendor Alliance and Apps Unlimited programs.
  • Work with community vendors and Oracle to bring customers to Quest events and membership.
  • Assist with community and member surveys, monitor survey progress, and drive participation.
