Job summary

Asset Living seeks a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator to manage resident relations, oversee community activities, and coordinate outreach at our properties. You will work alongside the Community Manager to cultivate a thriving residential environment and address resident needs.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred) with knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. Onsite software proficiency and strong communication are essential, with a focus on

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or two years housing industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory for consideration.
• Must understand onsite software functions and have basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Resident Relations Management.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Develop and plan property-related services/programs with staff, residents, and housing agencies.
• Coordinate Monthly newsletters and implement educational programming for social events.
• Oversee resident community outreach and development.
• Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs (functions, promotions, and newsletters).
• Assist Community Manager in screening, hiring, training, coaching, and developing on-site staff.
• Support staff through training, coaching, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
