Job summary

AID of Indiana is seeking Community Engagement staff to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in family homes and in the community. You may work with multiple families, with shifts scheduled to fit the family's calendar, including potential driving between homes.

• Valid Driver’s License required; driving between homes may be needed

• Assist clients with light house cleaning and meal preparation.
• Support clients in community activities and teach basic life skills; assist with activities of daily living as needed.

Shifts may be scheduled any day of the week. You may work with multiple families, and driving from one home to the next is possible. Tasks depend on the Services the family qualifies for, eg: Respite services, PAC services, DHI Services, and Transportation.Benefits: Full-Time Benefits include health, life, dental, and vision insurance as well as 401K Match.
