You will collaborate with branch teams and MCU staff to align outreach with strategic goals, prepare impact reports, and mentor employees on community involvement and financial health initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or Finance desired.
• Experience in financial education and events is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate community relationships to support member growth.
• Prepare regular reports on community engagement and impact.
• Provide insights and recommendations on engagement efforts.
• Assess community needs and help plan responses.
• Serve as liaison between MCU and communities.
• Maintain relationships with SEGs and community partners.
• Collaborate with branch teams to support initiatives.
• Maintain brand awareness aligned with MCU strategies.
• Coordinate employee participation in community activities.
• Coach employees to be brand ambassadors and promote financial health.
• Partner with Business Development Officers on partnerships.
