Job summary

Marine Credit Union in Wisconsin is seeking a Member Advocate I to warmly welcome members and guide them toward their financial goals. You will perform account transactions, assist with digital banking, and help with basic account openings while educating members on relevant products and services.

You’ll build relationships, learn members’ financial goals, and collaborate with a supportive branch team that values service excellence and community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with computers and eagerness to learn new systems.
• Cash handling or banking experience is a plus (not required).
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support members, ensuring every visit is a great experience.
• Build genuine relationships and learn about members’ financial goals.
• Perform account transactions and assist with digital banking tools.
• Basic account opening.
• Educate members about products and services that support their financial success.
• Make outreach calls to strengthen member relationships.
