Job summary

Educational Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Outreach Officer (Community Outreach Specialist) to act as a brand ambassador in the Miami area, promoting EdFed membership and supporting growth through events, schools, and community organizations.

You will partner with Marketing, Retail and Lending teams to design campaigns, assist at events with new member sign-ups and applications, travel to diverse communities, and deliver engaging classroom presentations and staff mentoring.

• Strong organization, prioritization, analytical and problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Promote EdFed membership through community events at schools, colleges, and associations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, and Lending to create targeted campaigns.
• Assist with new membership and lending applications at events to drive growth.
• Travel throughout regions to staff events and speak to groups; weekends/evenings may be required.
