Job summary

Arevon, based in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking an Associate, Community Relations to plan and execute engagement strategies across greenfield, development, and operating assets. You will coordinate with project teams and external partners to ensure timely, consistent activities aligned with company standards.

This role grows with independence, manages routine tasks, and develops presentation and stakeholder skills for advancement within Community Relations.

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal, presentation, research, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
• Ability to learn Sitetracker, NetSuite, and other company systems.
• Travel availability required (20–25% typical).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor onboarding, documentation, statements of work, invoice procedures, and related admin processes.
• Maintain accurate records in Sitetracker and other systems with project updates and stakeholder activity.
• Handle purchase requisitions, purchases orders, invoices, and AP coordination.
• Provide end-to-end logistical support for meetings, events, travel, and presentation development with approvals for external materials.
• Conduct community, stakeholder, and project-area research as requested by Community Relations leadership.
