Job summary

Arevon in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a Manager of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting to oversee the preparation, review, and coordination of statements across corporate, project, and JV entities, ensuring U.S. GAAP compliance and audit readiness.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in financial reporting/technical accounting within a multi-entity environment, strong analytical and communication skills, and CPA preferred; opportunity for growth and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting, financial reporting, audit, or technical accounting experience.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, or auditing financial statements under U.S. GAAP in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, consolidations, intercompany accounting, and close processes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting across Arevon's multi-entity renewable platform.
• Prepare and review annual financial statements and footnotes.
• Develop technical accounting memoranda and position papers.
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor accounting standards and implement new guidance.
• Collaborate with finance, tax, treasury, legal, and operations.
• Identify process improvements in reporting and internal controls.
