Roadmap, Governance & Change Management
  • Build and deliver a multi-year enterprise systems and internal software roadmap aligned to business priorities and growth.
  • Establish governance for system use, integrations, data standards, and change/release management across the organization.
  • Define and track KPIs for platform health, adoption, delivery performance, and business impact.
Internal Software & Platform Development
  • Lead the lifecycle of internal software, integrations, and automation (design through support).
  • Set engineering standards (SDLC, CI/CD, release management) and ensure maintainable delivery.
  • Maintain strong documentation standards (architecture diagrams, design specs, release notes, user guides, and support frameworks).
Data, Integrations & Reporting Enablement
  • Lead integration and interoperability across the stack (APIs/iPaaS, ETL/ELT, data pipelines).
  • Ensure dependable analytics and enterprise reporting through consistent metrics, definitions, and data quality controls.
  • Partner on access controls and auditability (RBAC, logging, controls) across enterprise applications.
Delivery Execution, Vendors & Implementations
  • Lead vendors, implementation partners, and internal teams through full lifecycle delivery (scope, quality, timelines, and accountability).
  • Oversee implementations end-to-end: integration mapping, data migration planning, UAT, release management, go-live, and stabilization.
  • Partner with IT to define service ownership, monitoring, incident/escalation paths, SLAs, and release cadence for enterprise platforms.
  • Lead and develop a team spanning BI/Analytics, Data Engineering, Software Development, and Systems Administration, driving accountability and execution.
  • Partner with executives and functional leaders to translate needs into scalable solutions.
  • Drive adoption through training, communications, change management, and feedback loops.
