Job summary

Arevon is seeking a Contract Administrator, Land Development in Scottsdale, AZ to support land contract management for the development team. You will help manage and facilitate land control payments, real estate contracts, and data entry tasks essential to project progression.

Ideal candidates bring experience in commercial real estate or lease administration, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate or lease administration.
• Strong professional communication skills to trouble shoot and problem solve administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Review real estate contracts and abstract data into databases with high accuracy.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical real estate files with clear naming and categorization.
• Support recordings of agreements in county record systems (online and paper).
• Monitor land contract expiration notices and manage landowner data.
• Serve as landowner payment liaison; enter data into vendor onboarding, generate POs in NetSuite, and follow up for timely payments.
• Monthly and yearly review, auditing, and reporting of land contract payments.
• Data entry and document review for the real estate group.
• Coordinate miscellaneous administrative activities as directed.
• Copying, filing, saving, indexing and organizing transactional documents.
