PathWays of Southwestern Pennsylvania is seeking a friendly, organized Community Engagement Associate to strengthen connections with individuals, families, businesses, and partners across our service area. You’ll help raise awareness, support partnerships, and promote community initiatives through outreach and communications.

You’ll represent PathWays at events, plan and support programs, write newsletters and blogs, and cultivate relationships with schools, nonprofits, and civic groups.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills essential.
• Experience planning events and coordinating outreach activities.
• Ability to write engaging newsletters and outreach content.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and donor communications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout service area.

Responsibilities

• Represent PathWays at community events and outreach activities.
• Help plan and support events that bring people, partners, and programs together.
• Create engaging newsletters, blogs, and outreach communications.
• Build relationships with community organizations and nonprofits.
• Support fundraising and grant-related projects.
• Maintain outreach calendars and follow-up on engagement efforts.
