PathWays in Washington, PA is seeking a Community Engagement Associate to strengthen connections with individuals, families, businesses, and partners. If you enjoy meeting people, planning events, writing communications, and supporting outreach, this role may be a great fit.

You will represent PathWays at events, help plan collaborations, create newsletters and outreach content, and nurture relationships with community groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout service area and meet requirements

Responsibilities

• Represent PathWays at community events and outreach activities.
• Plan and support events that bring people, partners, and programs together.
• Create engaging newsletters and outreach communications that share PathWays’ mission and impact.
• Build relationships with community organizations, businesses, schools, and nonprofit partners.
• Support fundraising, donor communications, CRM updates, and grant-related projects.
• Keep outreach calendars, event details, follow-up, and community engagement activities organized.
