Responsibilities

• Strengthen Brightpoint's visibility and relationships across the service area.
• Respond to community requests for information and materials; coordinate follow-up.
• Serve as a connection between community partners and Brightpoint departments.
• Support the Client Outreach Committee with consistent messaging and representation.
• Engage audiences via social media and online channels; share feedback with staff.
• Uphold Brightpoint Values in all activities.
