Brightside Academy in the Pittsburgh area seeks an in-person Community Outreach Specialist to build relationships with families, community organizations, schools, and local businesses. The role supports enrollment growth and brand consistency across events, materials, and communications.

You will represent Brightside at community events, coordinate open houses and tours, and collaborate with enrollment teams to tailor outreach strategies for each community. Occasional evenings/weekends required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and project management aptitude.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and MS Office.
• Basic graphic design or content creation is a plus.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools for marketing.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a community ambassador at local events, fairs, and meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, local businesses, schools, libraries, family resource centers, and community leaders.
• Identify new outreach opportunities to increase brand visibility and enrollment.
• Coordinate and host open houses, enrollment events, tours, and family-focused community events.
• Support enrollment goals with enrollment leadership and develop targeted outreach materials.
• Assist with grassroots campaigns and local marketing materials distribution.
• Support communications, brand representation, and social media content.
