Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in communications, marketing, business, or healthcare-related field
• Two years of experience in healthcare setting preferred

• Ability to interpret laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies

Responsibilities

• Lead community marketing efforts and implement strategies to boost market presence
• Respond to information requests or designate an appropriate spokesperson
• Plan and execute special events and public relations activities
• Develop PR strategies to influence public opinion and promote services
• Provide targeted outreach through education, social media, press releases, and community events
• Maintain ongoing communication with community, media, programs and stakeholders
• Build and maintain connections with local organizations to grow patient base
• Support safety and risk management by adhering to policies and reporting liabilities
• Travel within Northshore locations frequently as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
