Formación

• 3 years of experience in community outreach or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local Renton/King County healthcare landscape preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement community outreach strategies to increase awareness of healthcare services
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and local organizations
• Conduct presentations and educational events to promote available healthcare programs
• Identify and engage underserved populations to connect them with appropriate care resources
• Track and report outreach activities, metrics, and outcomes to leadership
• Collaborate with internal clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient referrals
• Represent Point Healthcare Services at community events, health fairs, and networking functions
