Job summary

Newport Healthcare seeks a Clinical Outreach Specialist to connect with adolescent and young adult behavioral health communities and expand reach through targeted outreach and partnerships. You will respond to referrals, coordinate admissions, and travel to meet decision makers.

Strong communication and marketing skills are essential to meet growth objectives and improve patient access to care. Residence in or near Pineville, NC is preferred to support regular in-territory visits and community

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in behavioral health sales/setting.
Strong communication principles and healthcare environment practices.
Proven experience delivering marketing strategies to hit objectives.

Responsibilities

Respond to service and referral inquiries and coordinate care from first call through admission.
Identify and prospect new healthcare accounts to grow relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision makers to uncover needs and build partnerships.
Plan and attend facility tours, events, and conferences for decision makers and Newport Healthcare.
Collaborate with national Clinical Outreach Specialists and participate in team calls and field activities.
