Job summary

The position requires a bachelor's degree with relevant admin experience; a master’s degree can substitute for one year of required experience. Some evenings/weekend work is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes involved in business and organizational planning, coordination, and execution.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, manpower modeling, leadership techniques, and production methods.
• Knowledge of communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of supervisory practices.
• Ability to comprehend written documents.
• Ability to listen and ask questions.
• Ability to supervise others.

Responsibilities

• Provides outreach services and educates community stakeholders on delinquency prevention programming, research, and policies.
• Participates in community engagements and initiatives and coordinates and/or facilitates community events.
• Develops and maintains effective partnerships with local community organizations, schools, law enforcement, stakeholders and the community at large.
• Monitors staff in their assigned regions and circuits; plans and coordinates community engagement events.
• Supervises staff and conducts on-site visits, technical assistance, and supports and guides providers.
• Drafts monthly reports and submits on a timely basis; evaluates data from outcome measures and makes recommendations for program improvement.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
