Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Knowledge of basic management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of the methods of data collection and analysis.
• Ability to supervise people.
• Ability to manage a consultative program designed to ensure the resolution of managerial and operational problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Directs, plans, and manages contract functions for the Prevention program area.
• Motivate, train and evaluate employees; hire, transfer, promote, or discipline staff as needed.
• Assign contracts to staff and monitor workload and performance.
• Use PMM system to assign contracts and ensure statewide contract management.
• Develop program definitions for contracts and amendments; monitor SLA and performance metrics.
• Provide technical assistance to contract managers and program staff; coordinate meetings.
