Anthropic is seeking a Community Engagement Manager in Texas to serve as the on-the-ground presence for our data-center communities, guiding engagement from site selection through long-term operations.

You will build trusted relationships with local officials, economic development partners, community groups, and residents, translate our plans into local benefits, and help write scalable engagement playbooks.

Qualifications

• Experience in community affairs or government relations.
• Ability to translate complex technical plans for local audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
