Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services seeks a Community Engagement Manager to expand access to mental health services after disasters. You will build partnerships with community organizations, coordinate field-based and telehealth services, and support staff training for rapid disaster response.
With a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in disaster-related work, you will collaborate across departments, represent the agency at events, and advance equity in care for affected communities.
This is a hybrid position based in Century City, CA. Candidates must be local to Los Angeles County and be willing to travel throughout the Pacific Palisades, Altadena and the surrounding area 3-4 times a week.
The pay range for this position is between $77,583-$89,220 annually.

Summary
As a Community Engagement Manager, you will build and strengthen community partnerships to expand access to mental health services for individuals and communities affected by natural and human-made disasters. You will coordinate disaster care programs and support field-based response efforts, working closely with partners and internal teams to deliver timely, compassionate mental health support during times of crisis.
